We understand plans change — our policy is designed to be fair and transparent so you can book with confidence.

Cancellation Timeframes

More than 48 hours before service

Full refund — no questions asked. We want you to book with zero risk.

24 to 48 hours before service

Full refund or free reschedule to any available date during your trip.

12 to 24 hours before service

50% refund of the total booking amount, or free reschedule subject to availability.

Less than 12 hours before service or no-show

No refund. The full booking amount is non-refundable as Justin will have reserved his day for you.

Weather-related cancellations

Full refund or free reschedule — your choice, no penalty. Safety always comes first.

Multi-Day Booking Cancellations

For multi-day packages (2+ consecutive days), the cancellation policy applies to the entire package. If you need to shorten your booking, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance and we'll adjust the pricing accordingly — you'll only pay for the days you use.

How to Cancel or Modify

We make it easy — just reach out through any of these channels:

  • Booking Confirmation: Simply reply to your confirmation email with your request.

Please include your booking reference number and preferred outcome (refund or reschedule).

Modifications & Flexibility

Need to change your tour date, pickup time, or itinerary? No worries — we're flexible! Contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service and we'll do our best to accommodate changes at no extra cost, subject to availability. Last-minute tweaks to your itinerary on the day are usually fine too — just chat with Justin.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Bank processing times may add an additional 3–5 business days depending on your provider.
  • All refunds are processed in AUD. Minor currency exchange rate differences at the time of refund are not covered.

Force Majeure

In the event of natural disasters, volcanic activity, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost. Your safety and peace of mind are our top priority.
