1. Service Agreement

By booking a service with JustinBali Tours (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include private driver hire, guided tours, and airport transfers in Bali, Indonesia.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our website or direct communication with our team.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
  • All prices are quoted and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD).
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details.
  • A booking confirmation will be sent to your email upon successful payment.

3. Service Inclusions

Unless otherwise stated, all tours include: English-speaking driver, air-conditioned vehicle, fuel and unlimited mileage, parking fees and tolls, hotel pickup and drop-off, and complimentary bottled water.

4. Service Exclusions

The following are not included: entrance fees to attractions, meals (for passengers and driver), adventure activities, and overtime charges beyond the standard service duration.

5. Driver Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, reliable transportation in a well-maintained vehicle.
  • Arrive on time at the agreed pickup location.
  • Offer local knowledge and recommendations.
  • Maintain professional conduct at all times.
  • Ensure the vehicle is clean and comfortable.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate booking information including pickup location and contact details.
  • Be ready at the agreed pickup time. A 15-minute grace period applies.
  • Treat the driver and vehicle with respect.
  • Comply with local laws and customs.
  • Ensure all passengers wear seatbelts.

7. Liability & Insurance

Our vehicles are fully insured as required by Indonesian law. However, JustinBali Tours is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings, injuries resulting from activities not provided by us (e.g., temple visits, water activities), or delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Itinerary Changes

While we strive to follow the agreed itinerary, changes may be necessary due to weather, road conditions, or safety concerns. In such cases, we will suggest suitable alternatives and seek your agreement.

9. Overtime Charges

If the tour exceeds the standard duration, overtime charges of approximately AUD $9 per additional hour will apply. Your driver will inform you before any overtime begins.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, please contact us directly at [email protected]. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be governed by Indonesian law.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
